FAQ
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders take 1-2 business days to process. Shipping times vary by carrier. Expect your order to arrive between 3-7 days. Conditions beyond our control (inclement weather, strikes, etc.) may cause additional delays, for which we cannot be held responsible.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been posted. This will allow you to follow the progress of your package.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
We do advise, however, if you are ordering in extreme weather, to be available to collect your order upon delivery so that it is not left out in the cold. We are not responsible for any damaged or frozen products once delivered.
The courier service we use will drop off your package at the address you provide . We will not be responsible if the box is not picked up at this location, or if you provide us with an incorrect address. If the package is returned to us, we are not responsible for any excess delivery charges incurred.
We are not responsible for items stolen from an order after it has been delivered.
RETURN CONDITIONS

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Products must be unused , unopened and in original condition.

For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that have been or are used cannot be returned, unless it is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Contact us at info@artisanaturel.ca with your order number and a brief explanation of your return request.

We will send you a return form.

Pack items carefully.

Send your package to the address indicated in the return form.
RETURN COSTS
If you are returning a product for personal reasons (change of mind, etc.), the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
REFUND
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email.
Refund will be issued within 10 business days of return approval. Refund will be issued via the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and then placing a new order. Any costs incurred in returning the original item will be at your expense.
EXCEPTIONS
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on items on sale or on sale. If such an item is returned to us, we will reship it to you at your expense.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us by email and include your order number. However, it may not be possible to cancel the order if the package has already been handed over to the carrier.
GUARANTEE
All products sold by “Artisan Naturel” are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect before the expiry date.
This warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to misuse or neglect in storage or hygiene.
